Eligibility for Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • We cannot accept returns for intimate apparel, swimwear, or accessories due to hygiene reasons unless the item is defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please mention it when submitting your return request. We’ll assist you based on availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and discounted items marked Final Sale are non-refundable.

  • Any product that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration is not eligible for return.
